About Leonard Kompa
Mr. Kompa’s background includes working as a lawyer in British Columbia with law firms of various size. He has worked as a sole practitioner as well as a lawyer for small and medium size firms. He has also worked within government. He has a broad-based litigation practice involving a number of different areas of law. His areas of practice include family law, corporate-commercial law, criminal law, personal injury, business disputes, estate litigation and general litigation. In the area of personal injury litigation he has appeared as both plaintiff’s counsel and counsel for The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC).
He is frequently consulted by other lawyers and law firms with respect to litigation matters and brought in as counsel to assist other law firms with court applications, trials and appeals.
He is associate counsel with other BC law firms.
